As you know, your company just finished putting siding on my home and putting in new windows. I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with your employees. Thomas was wonderful. No matter I asked, he was always agreeable. I'm sure I drove him crazy at times, but he was always a gentleman, pleasant, explained why something couldn't be done, or fixed it. I only met Mike a few times, but he as well was also a gentleman. Both men were always willing to do whatever they could to make sure that I was happy. I could not have asked for nicer, friendlier, more professional people. They did not complain about the tightness of the working conditions inside the house, and just managed to work around it. The men who did the contract work, Alex and Scott, were prompt, efficient, polite and in my estimation consummately professional. There were never any cleanup jobs to do when they finished each night. There was no sawdust flying around the house and all of their tools and equipment were stored neatly and unobtrusively each night.
